Counsels Desktop Sync does not use advertising or analytics subprocessors for tenant document content.
Tenant-approved infrastructure
Tenant content may be processed by infrastructure selected or approved by the customer organization, such as the customer's hosting environment, network provider, backup provider, or managed service provider. The applicable customer agreement or deployment record identifies that infrastructure and its data location.
MisterEtec providers
MisterEtec does not designate a general third-party subprocessor for all Counsels Desktop Sync tenant deployments as of the date above. If MisterEtec proposes a new subprocessor that processes tenant document data, it will update this page and provide any notice required by the applicable customer agreement.
Microsoft Store
Microsoft may independently process information connected with Store distribution under its own terms and privacy practices. Microsoft Store is not used by Counsels Desktop Sync as a processor of tenant document content.
Questions or objections
