Safe reporting rules
- Do not access, alter, download, or disclose customer data.
- Do not disrupt the service, conduct denial-of-service testing, or test production systems without written permission.
- Use only accounts and data you own or are expressly authorized to use.
- Do not publish a vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address it.
Product safeguards
The product uses authenticated requests, device pairing, authorization checks, privacy-safe diagnostics, streaming file transfer controls, recovery controls, and integrity evidence where applicable. Security depends on customer permissions, device security, hosting configuration, and proper handling of credentials.
